Bone Grafting and Orthodontics

Periodontal disease needs to be treated before orthodontic treatment. This patient’s periodontal disease was treated through bone grafting and GTR. The orthodontic treatment has been performed afterwards to align her teeth. Three months of periodontal maintenance and cleaning is recommended for patients with history of periodontal disease.
